Golf looks easy, but it's more challenging than you think.

At first, it's difficult to hit the ball. The most crucial thing is the swing order. The order from the legs to the waist to the arms is called rhythm.
You won't hit the ball well if you only hit it with strength and no rhythm.

I often think of golf as an advanced sport.

When I was active as a player, I had to perform and do anything.

On the contrary, when I am teaching I can enjoy golf more and have more fun. I've done a lot of lessons, so I can fully understand people's feelings.

What kind of auxiliary exercise is there to help with golf?

The lower body and the core are the most critical.

I do a lot of weight training, and I also train my core with Pilates. Amateurs golfers usually have serious back or elbow injuries. Therefore, it is better to prevent injuries through weight training.
