  1. Scrunch and hold the whole leggings leg open to put your whole foot through. Wear the leggings up to your calf.
  2. Place the center of the knee in the U-shaped position of the knee taping.
  3. Once the knee taping is aligned, match the rest of the calf taping to fit.
  4. Make sure there are no wrinkles on the taping area.
