Where should I start?
Start with the area you want supported. Knee and calf: L30 or L20 Hetite leggings; calf: L10. Knee and hamstring: the CL20 3/4 capri. Thigh and hamstring: the SL20 shorts, or the Endeavor bibshorts for cycling. Back and shoulders: the T20 or R10 tops. For a training layer without taping, see the Fresh Performance top, Dynamic tee or Active Split Shorts.
What's the difference between the taping line and the activewear line?
The kinesiology line (L30, L20 Hetite, L10, L1, SL20, CL20, Endeavor, T20, R10) builds AlignX™ silicone taping into the fabric for targeted support at specific joints or muscles. The activewear line (Fresh Performance top, Dynamic tee, Active Split Shorts, All Day Active Stretch Joggers) has no taping — it is made for moisture-wicking comfort and stretch.
Leggings or shorts?
Leggings (L30, L20 Hetite, L10, L1) give full-leg coverage, suited to running, cycling and cooler conditions. Shorts (SL20, Endeavor bibshorts) target the thigh and hamstring with more airflow, and the CL20 3/4 capri sits in between. The SL1 is a compression short without taping, useful as a light base layer.
How does the AlignX™ taping work?
AlignX™ is a reusable silicone taping built into the fabric at specific areas — for example over the knees and calves, or across the thighs and hamstrings. Non-slip bands at the waist and hems keep the garment from riding up, so the taping stays in position through your full range of motion. The silicone is designed to regain its grip after washing.
How do I choose the right size?
For taping garments, fit matters more than usual: the taping only works while it lies flat and snug against the skin. A loose fit lets the silicone lift away and leaves you with plain compression. Check each product's size chart against your measurements before ordering.
How do I care for these products?
Hand-wash in lukewarm or cold water with a neutral detergent, gently rubbing the silicone taping to remove dust. Machine washing is possible with the silicone side turned in, inside a mesh bag, but may shorten the product's life. Don't iron, and air-dry in the shade instead of tumble drying.
