Leg Sleeves
WaveWear leg sleeves carry kinesiology taping inside the compression fabric, so the directional support sits in the garment itself. Pull the sleeve on and the taping is already in position — no rolls, no mirror, no reapplication between sessions.
Find the right sleeve for the joint
Knee
The K2 Knee Stability Sleeve arranges taping around and below the kneecap, with dual non-slip bands above and below the joint so the sleeve holds its position instead of migrating down the leg. It is cut firm enough for running, CrossFit, court sports, and loaded lower-body work, and light enough to keep on through a full session rather than strapping on between sets.
Calf
The C2 Calf Recovery Sleeve runs graduated compression up the lower leg — firmer at the ankle, easing toward the knee — with taping along the calf. That makes it as useful after a session or on a long travel day as during training, and it sits under most socks without bunching.
Ankle
The A1 Ankle X Strap Supporter wraps the ankle in a figure-X path that mirrors how kinesiology tape is applied by hand, sitting low enough to wear inside most training shoes.
Getting the fit right
Measure the widest part of the muscle — mid-calf for a calf sleeve, just above the kneecap for a knee sleeve — and match it to the size chart on the product page rather than going by shoe or apparel size. A leg compression sleeve should sit firm and even along its whole length with no bunching behind the joint. If it rolls down or leaves a deep mark, it is too small; if you can pinch loose fabric, it is too large and the taping loses contact with the skin it is meant to work against.
Sleeve or kinesiology tape?
Hand-applied tape lets you target one exact spot, but it is single-use, awkward to apply on your own legs, and comes off in the shower. A compression sleeve puts the same directional pattern in something you pull on in seconds and wash with the rest of your kit. For spot work where you want tape itself, see our reusable kinesiology tape.
Care
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, no fabric softener, and hang dry. Heat and softener both degrade the elastic fibers that generate the compression, so keeping sleeves out of the dryer is what keeps the fit consistent over a season.

Frequently Asked QuestionsAbout Leg Sleeves
What's the difference between kinesiology tape and a taping sleeve like these?
Traditional kinesiology tape is a roll you measure, cut and stick on fresh before each session, then peel off afterward. WaveWear's sleeves and wraps build AlignX™ silicone taping lines directly into the fabric along similar pathways, so the pattern is already positioned — you put the garment on, and wash it to reuse rather than replacing tape after each use.
Which product supports which body part?
Match the product to the area you want supported: K2 for the knee, C2 for the calf, A1 for the ankle, E2 for a joint-focused elbow fit or F1 for elbow-plus-forearm coverage, and H1 for the wrist. Warm Up Sports Cream is a separate skin-prep product, not a taping garment.
Are these reusable, and how do I wash them?
Yes — these are reusable garments, not single-use tape. Hand-wash in cold water with mild detergent, keeping the silicone side facing in; gently rubbing the silicone while washing helps clear dust. Avoid bleach, fabric softener, ironing and machine drying, and air-dry in the shade.
How do I choose the right size?
Sizing is specific to each product and body area — for example, the K2 knee sleeve is measured around the thigh above the knee rather than by standard S/M/L. Check the size chart on each product page against your own measurements before ordering, since a loose fit can let the taping shift out of position.
Can I wear these during sport, or only at rest?
Most pieces in this collection are designed to be worn during activity — depending on the product, uses include running, cycling, gym, weightlifting, tennis, golf, climbing, hiking and basketball. If it's your first time wearing AlignX™ silicone against the skin, start with shorter sessions and extend gradually as it feels comfortable.
How and when should I use the Warm Up Sports Cream?
Apply Warm Up Sports Cream to the skin about 20 minutes before training, then give it 2–3 minutes to absorb before putting on a compression sleeve or wrap, since layering tight fabric over wet cream adds friction. It can also be reapplied after training as part of a recovery routine.
