Order processing time
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched from our warehouse. During public holidays, peak periods, or seasonal promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days. All delivery estimates begin from the dispatch date, not the order date.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Use the links below to track your shipment with the tracking number from your confirmation email.

Order confirmation
Every completed order automatically generates a confirmation email. The most common reason for not receiving one is an incorrectly entered email address, or the confirmation being sorted into your spam or junk folder. If you haven't received a confirmation, please contact us at contact-global@wavecompany.net and we'll help you right away.
Changing your delivery address
Once dispatched, address changes are difficult and not always possible. If you need to update your address after shipment, please contact us at contact-global@wavecompany.net as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
Customs & import duties
For shipments outside South Korea, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT upon entry into the destination country. These fees are not included in your order total and vary by country.
Package retrieval
Please collect your package promptly after delivery. Packages held beyond the local carrier's retention period may be returned to sender, and re-shipping fees may apply.
