But this can reduce the product's life-cycle compared to hand-washing • Do not iron • Air dry in the shade and DO NOT use a dryer • Avoid leaving the product in extreme temperature • Avoid oil or chemicals

How to Wear:
Wear the leggings up to the calf.
Place the center of the knee in the U-shaped position of the knee taping.
Once the knee taping is aligned, match the rest of the calf tapingwith the upper taping.
Make sure there are no wrinkles on the taping area.
