You have to be able to pass, serve, and block everything regardless of your position.
I think the basics are that significant.
Serve, underhand pass, and stand hit. Even if you're good at these three, you won't hear that you're terrible at them.

There are less than 200 male athletes in a year. It's a small group, so I think you should be proud of it.
Of course, when I'm a player, I often forget it because its always the same routine. But there are times when you realize it.
It's a shame that I found out about it too late.

Volleyball is a sport that starts defense from the lowest position and attacks from the highest position. It's the slogan of volleyball.
So it takes a lot of training. Weight training is a must.
It is imperative to build various muscles. My body doesn't last as long as I thought but after all, constant care is the answer.
Are there any pros and cons to wearing Wavewear?
Before, it was uncomfortable to roll up when I wore tights. The waistband of the leggings also puts a lot of pressure on the abdomen.
After all, tights were just for me to cover my short volleyball uniform. But the Wavewear Compression tights L20 don't have abdominal compression.
