At WaveWear, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. To ensure you can shop with complete confidence, we offer a 12-month warranty on all our gear. Our goal is to get you back into your training as quickly as possible.

 
 

Warranty Policy Overview

  • Duration: 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Eligibility: This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from wavewear.cc or an authorized WaveWear retailer.
  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your original receipt or online order confirmation is required to initiate a claim.
  • Unauthorized Sellers: To the extent permitted by law, WaveWear’s warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized sellers or unauthorized third-party websites.
 

What is Covered?

Our warranty covers major defects that impact the performance and functionality of the garment. This includes:

  • Faulty seams or stitching.
  • Fabric failure or material defects under normal use.
 

What is NOT Covered?

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from external factors or improper handling, including:

  • Fading of colors or prints over time.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the Care Instructions.
  • Tears, rips, or snags in the fabric.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by contact with abrasive surfaces (e.g., Velcro, rough gym equipment).
 
 

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our global support team at contact-global@wavecompany.net.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number (or proof of purchase) and clear photos of the defect.
  3. Assessment: WaveWear reserves the right to inspect the photos or the physical product to determine the cause and extent of the damage.
    *Note: We do not repair or replace products with obvious physical damage (tears) or evidence of improper care.
  4. Resolution: If a physical inspection is required for a valid claim, WaveWear will provide a prepaid return label and cover all associated shipping and handling costs.

If a major defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or repair at no cost to you, including shipping.
