These shirts fit like a glove, just what you'd expect from compression gear. They hug your body without feeling overly tight or constricting. The fabric and the inside taping do an excellent job of keeping me comfy during and after my workouts.

The wave pattern material provides good adhesion and support for the back and shoulders (I have problems with both.) The lessening of pain is noticeable.

One side effect of this is that the shirt does need to be washed frequently to keep the material fresh.
