But this can reduce the product's life-cycle compared to hand-washing • Do not iron • Air dry in the shade and DO NOT use a dryer • Avoid leaving the product in extreme temperature • Avoid oil or chemicals

How to Wear:
Wear the leggings up to the calf.
Place the center of the knee in the U-shaped position of the knee taping.
Once the knee taping is aligned, match the rest of the calf tapingwith the upper taping.
Make sure there are no wrinkles on the taping area.

3. Why do I need to moisturize? The silicone can cause friction (chafing) to the skin and depending on skin sensitivity, this can cause irritation. Moisturizing is the first step to protecting your skin.

I must admit that these leggings are really unique. The compression is ideal and comfy, but I believe the kinetic tape is what really sets it apart. Since I run marathons, you can imagine how tired my legs and calves are. Now, after my daily run, I feel so much better when I am wearing these pants. Without a doubt, I would recommend it!

As far as true compression benefits, they are comfortable due to the light compression. They stretch nicely everywhere and fit nicely. I use them for my running workouts and I find that they are really helpful in preventing muscle fatigue and make me feel less strained.
