TracME and smartwatches have a complementary relationship.
TracME collects data directly from your joints, providing more precise measurements for stationary exercises. Smartwatches, on the other hand, excel at GPS-based tracking of distance-based movement.

Soft sensors (strain sensors) built into the support detect how your joints bend. TracME analyzes your posture in real time and counts a repetition only when your form is correct.

Before you exercise, 'calibration' analyzes your range of motion. TracME then compares your real-time data with these saved benchmark values to judge whether your posture is correct.

Accurate tracking requires proper calibration and wearing the support correctly. If reps aren't counted, the app shows guidance messages to help you improve.

Each time you put on the sleeve, its position and pressure on the joint change slightly, which can shift the range of motion the sensor detects. To ensure accurate recognition and rep counting, please always run calibration before starting your workout.

Yes. You can log in with the same TracME account on a tablet. If you purchased TracME before the tablet version launched, you'll need to register your device once more in the tablet app. After that, your workout records are synced and managed under the same account.

Yes, the TracME support is designed to work as a regular support too. When you're not using the app, simply wear it as you would any other support.

Yes. The supports come in pairs, because wearing them on both sides helps keep your left and right body balanced. You can choose the Upper Body set (2 elbow sleeves), the Lower Body set (2 knee sleeves), or the Full Body set (2 elbow + 2 knee sleeves).

The TracME device is covered for 1 year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
