The Full Body kit has both pairs of sleeves, 4 devices, a drawstring bag, a 4-in-1 USB-C cable and 2 years of the Pro app. The upper and lower kits each include 1 year.
Which exercises use all four sensors?
Moves that bend both your knees and elbows, such as deadlifts, dumbbell squats, step-ups and kettlebell swings.
Do I need weights?
No. Squats, lunges and push-ups are tracked with bodyweight. Add dumbbells or gym machines when you are ready.
How long is the Pro app included?
2 years with the Full Body kit. After that, the Pro app is $9.99 per month.
Do I need a camera or a special setup?
No. The sensors on the sleeves track your movement. You only need the TracME app on your phone (iOS or Android).
Is TracME a medical device?
