How It Works

What is kinesiology compression wear, and how does WaveWear work?

Kinesiology compression wear is reusable sportswear that combines compression fabric with built-in kinesiology support for specific areas.

WaveWear uses AlignX™ technology: silicone kinesiology lines inside the garment, designed to adhere gently to the skin along specific muscles and joints.

Compression fabric provides a snug fit to help reduce excessive muscle movement during exercise. Built-in kinesiology lines provide targeted support for areas such as the knees, calves, thighs, elbows, or shoulders, depending on the product.

You do not need to cut and apply kinesiology tape before every workout. Put WaveWear on like regular sportswear, wash it, and wear it again.

Learn how AlignX™ technology works →

How is WaveWear different from regular kinesiology tape?

WaveWear has kinesiology support built into the garment, so you do not need to cut and apply tape each time.

Regular kinesiology tape needs to be measured, cut, and applied to the desired area before use. WaveWear has AlignX™ silicone kinesiology lines fixed inside the garment, allowing you to position them consistently when you put it on.

WaveWear is washable and reusable, combining compression and targeted kinesiology support in one product.

AlignX™ Technology

AlignX technology
  • Leaves little to no sticky residue
  • Reusable after washing
  • Designed for repeated use
  • No new tape needed for each workout
  • Easy to put on like clothing
  • Quick and simple to wear

Kinesiology Tape

Kinesiology tape
  • May leave adhesive residue on the skin
  • Not washable
  • Single-use
  • Requires replacement tape
  • May require knowledge or assistance for accurate placement
  • Requires several application steps

How is WaveWear different from regular compression wear?

WaveWear adds kinesiology lines along specific muscles to provide targeted support alongside compression.

Regular compression wear generally provides compression over a broad area. WaveWear adds a kinesiology pattern positioned along specific muscle groups, combining both approaches in one garment.

How is WaveWear different from neoprene supports, knit sleeves, and straps?

WaveWear is designed to provide a thin, lightweight fit with built-in AlignX™ silicone kinesiology lines for targeted support.

  • Standard knit sleeves: These provide general compression and rely mainly on the elasticity of the knit. Their structure may offer limited support for specific tendon areas, and they may feel relatively thick.
  • Neoprene sleeves (5mm / 7mm): These are thicker supports commonly used for heavy weight training.
    • 7mm: Provides firm joint support, but may restrict range of motion and retain heat, increasing perspiration.
    • 5mm: More flexible than 7mm, but still bulky and potentially uncomfortable under everyday clothing.
  • Strap supports: These apply localized pressure to a specific tendon area. Depending on the wearer, concentrated pressure may feel restrictive or become uncomfortable over time.
  • WaveWear (compression + AlignX™ technology): A bio-silicone pattern, AlignX™ technology, is applied inside the fabric to provide kinesiology support in a thin, breathable structure.

Does WaveWear work in a similar way to kinesiology tape?

Yes. WaveWear applies kinesiology placement principles through silicone lines inside the garment.

The silicone lines follow key muscle paths used in kinesiology applications, providing kinesiology-style support without applying and removing tape for each workout. The lines are fixed to the garment for consistent positioning.

What are the main features of WaveWear kinesiology compression wear?

WaveWear combines built-in AlignX™ kinesiology support, medical-grade silicone, targeted compression, and a design focused on specific muscles and joints.

AlignX™ technology is applied inside the garment and is designed for repeated use.

It is designed to help reduce muscle fatigue during exercise.

Important: Can I wear WaveWear if I have sensitive skin?

Many people can wear WaveWear, but if your skin is sensitive, start with a short wearing period.

The skin-contact silicone is medical grade and has passed ISO 10993-10 biocompatibility testing for skin sensitization and irritation.

For your first use, wear it for no more than 1 hour and check your skin before gradually increasing the duration. Do not wear it continuously for more than 5 hours.

Can I wear WaveWear even if I do not have an injury or pain?

Yes. You can wear WaveWear for support during exercise even if you do not currently have an injury or pain.

WaveWear is designed for a variety of activities, from daily athletic training to casual exercise.

Can I wear WaveWear when I sweat heavily?

Yes. WaveWear can be worn while you sweat during exercise.

The silicone is designed to stay in contact with skin that is damp from sweat. If the grip feels weaker over time, clean the silicone surface as described in Washing & Care.

Will the built-in silicone kinesiology lines fit different body types?

The silicone kinesiology patterns are designed to follow major muscle groups across a range of body types.

Individual anatomy and body shape vary. The design follows broad muscle groups rather than a single precise point.

Will WaveWear restrict my movement during exercise?

WaveWear is designed to provide added support while allowing your usual movements.

The garment is designed to move with your muscles during exercise. Your performance depends on your physical ability and muscle condition; WaveWear provides supplementary support.

How tight should WaveWear feel?

WaveWear should feel snug and supportive without causing pain or excessive pressure.

The fit and sensation of compression may vary with the product, your body shape, and your movement. Use the product-specific size guide and smooth out wrinkles so the silicone areas sit against your skin.

Important: Can I wear WaveWear all day?

Do not start by wearing WaveWear all day. For your first use, wear it for no more than 1 hour and check your skin.

If your skin remains comfortable, gradually increase the wearing time. Limit continuous wear to a maximum of 5 hours, then remove the garment and let your skin rest before wearing it again.

Do not wear WaveWear while sleeping. Remove it if irritation occurs.

Important: How long should I wear WaveWear compression sleeves?

Start with no more than 1 hour, then gradually increase the duration if your skin remains comfortable. Do not exceed 5 hours of continuous wear.

Check your skin after your first use. Between wearing periods, remove the sleeve and let your skin rest.

Do not sleep in the sleeves. Remove them if irritation occurs.

Important: Why should I moisturize before wearing WaveWear?

Moisturizing can help reduce friction and make contact with the silicone more comfortable, especially if your skin is dry.

Depending on skin sensitivity, dry skin may be more prone to chafing or irritation. Apply a moisturizer or lotion to the skin where the silicone will make contact before putting on the garment.

Which sports can I use WaveWear for?

WaveWear can be used for running, soccer, gym workouts, climbing, tennis, cycling, American football, weight training, and other sports.

Products support different muscle groups, so choose the product that suits your activity.

Explore products by sport

Can I wear another sleeve or support over WaveWear?

Yes. If you want more compression, put on WaveWear first with its silicone directly against your skin, then wear another sleeve or support over it.

Can I use a cooling spray with WaveWear?

Yes. Apply the cooling spray directly to your skin rather than spraying it onto the silicone.

Spray left on the silicone can leave a residue that weakens adhesion. Apply cooling products such as Biofreeze to your skin before putting on WaveWear.

Washing & Care

How should I wash and care for WaveWear? Can I reuse it?

With proper washing and care, WaveWear can be worn repeatedly.

Hand washing is recommended. Turn the garment inside out so the silicone faces outward, then gently clean sweat, dust, and skin residue from the silicone surface using lukewarm water and mild detergent.

For machine washing, keep the silicone facing inward and place the garment in a mesh laundry bag. Wash with similar colors.

Gently press out excess water instead of twisting or wringing. Return the garment to its normal orientation with the silicone facing inward and air dry. Do not tumble dry or iron.

How do I wash and dry WaveWear?

Expose the silicone for hand washing. Keep it facing inward for machine washing and drying.

1. Hand wash: Turn the garment inside out so the silicone faces outward. Gently clean dust, sweat, and skin residue from the silicone with lukewarm water and mild detergent.

2. Machine wash: Keep the garment in its normal orientation with the silicone facing inward, and place it in a mesh laundry bag. Wash with similar colors.

3. Remove excess water: Gently press out water by hand. Do not twist or wring.

4. Dry: Air dry in a well-ventilated area with the silicone facing inward.

5. Avoid: Do not use a tumble dryer, iron, bleach, or fabric softener.

How should I care for WaveWear between uses?

After washing, air dry with the silicone facing inward. Store it the same way to reduce exposure to dust and lint.

  • Drying: Air dry in a well-ventilated area.
  • Heat: Do not tumble dry or iron.
  • Storage: Fold or store the garment with the silicone facing inward to help keep the surface clean.

Precautions

  • Do not wear it over open wounds, rashes, or inflamed skin.
  • Do not wear it while sleeping.
  • Avoid high temperatures that may deform the silicone or fabric.
Can I machine wash WaveWear?

Yes. Machine washing is possible, but hand washing is recommended for product care.

Keep the silicone facing inward, place the garment in a mesh laundry bag, and wash with similar colors.

Do not use bleach or fabric softener, as these may affect the silicone surface and fabric performance.

The silicone seems less adhesive after a few months. What should I do?

First, clean dust, skin oils, sweat, and dead-skin residue from the silicone surface.

Weaker adhesion is usually caused by fine residue building up on the silicone, not by the silicone wearing out.

  • Quick care: Wipe the silicone with a wet wipe or a soft cloth lightly dampened with a small amount of rubbing alcohol, or use adhesive tape to lift off fine dust and lint.
  • After extended use: If regular washing no longer restores adhesion, professional dry cleaning can help remove deeper residue.
  • After exercise: Wash the garment promptly so sweat and oils do not stay on the silicone.

To check adhesion, notice whether your skin lifts slightly with the silicone as you take the garment off, rather than judging by how sticky it feels to your hand.

Can the silicone kinesiology lines peel away from the fabric?

The silicone is designed to stretch with the fabric and resist peeling or tearing.

Its flexibility allows it to move and stretch with the garment.

Sleeves & Supports

K2 Black Cat Manguito de Compresión con Kinesiología para Estabilidad de RodillaKnee Sleeve K2 Black Cat15
From $39.80View product
What is the WaveWear K2 knee sleeve? Who is it for?

The WaveWear K2 is a single knee compression sleeve with built-in AlignX™ kinesiology silicone designed to support the kneecap and surrounding muscles during movement.

It is ideal for runners, lifters, hikers, field and court athletes, and anyone who wants extra stability or relief from knee discomfort in daily activities.

How does it help improve stability?

The K2 combines graduated compression with targeted AlignX™ silicone around the patella to reduce vibration and keep the knee tracking more smoothly. This helps absorb impact, reduce fatigue, and give a more locked-in feeling during squats, lunges, jumps, sprints, and long runs.

It provides light to moderate support. It is not a substitute for a rigid or hinged medical brace used after serious injuries or surgery; people with significant instability or strong pain should consult a healthcare professional.

Can I wear it on both knees?

Yes. The K2 sleeve is not left- or right-specific, so it can be worn on either knee. Many users choose a pair if both sides need support.

For sizing, measure the thigh circumference 15cm above the middle of your knee and refer to the on-page size chart to match your measurement for a snug but comfortable fit.

Can this replace a knee brace?

This knee sleeve offers lightweight compression and support that can help with mild knee pain, fatigue, and general stability in daily life and sports.

It does not replace a rigid or hinged knee brace used after serious injuries or surgery; if you have significant instability or strong pain, consult a medical professional about a proper brace.

You can, however, wear the K2 knee sleeve underneath a stronger compression sleeve or brace.

I had ACL surgery — can I use this for recovery?

The K2 offers lightweight compression and support for mild knee pain, fatigue, and general stability. It does not replace a rigid or hinged brace used after surgery — consult a medical professional first.

Below is a review from a customer who used the K2 after ACL surgery.

Do knee sleeves help with squats?

Yes — knee sleeves can provide compression, warmth, and flexible support around the knee during squats.

Knee support: A close-fitting sleeve wraps the knee as it bends and extends during back squats, front squats, goblet squats, and similar lower-body exercises.

Warmth and comfort: Wearing the sleeve from warm-up sets through working sets can help keep the knee area warm without the bulk of a rigid brace.

Built-in taping: The WaveWear K2 Knee Sleeve combines compression with AlignX™ adhesive silicone taping technology, providing a reusable taping-like pull around the knee without applying separate kinesiology tape.

Shop WaveWear K2 Knee Stability Compression Sleeve

What is the difference between compression knee sleeves and powerlifting knee sleeves?

Compression knee sleeves are generally thinner and more flexible, while thick powerlifting sleeves are designed to provide a firmer, more rigid fit during heavy squats.

Flexibility: A lightweight compression sleeve can move with the knee through squats, lunges, accessory work, conditioning, and cooldowns.

Level of rigidity: Thick powerlifting sleeves are commonly used when a lifter wants greater containment during heavy squat attempts. They may feel less comfortable during a varied workout.

Training purpose: Flexible sleeves are better suited to lifters who want one sleeve for an entire weight-training session rather than equipment used only for maximal lifts. The WaveWear K2 Knee Sleeve is designed as flexible kinesiology compression support, not as a rigid competition-style powerlifting sleeve.

Can I wear WaveWear for Olympic lifts such as cleans, snatches, and jerks?

Yes — WaveWear’s flexible knee sleeves, wrist wraps, and compression tops can be worn during cleans, snatches, and jerks.

Knee support: The K2 Knee Sleeve bends with the knee through the pull, catch, and standing phases of Olympic lifts.

Wrist support: The H1 Wrist Wrap provides adjustable support for front-rack and overhead bar positions.

Upper-body coverage: The T20 Back and Shoulder Compression Top provides flexible compression across the shoulders and back without the structure of a rigid brace. Test new support gear with an empty bar and lighter sets first to make sure the fit remains comfortable through the complete lifting range.

Does the K2 Black Cat knee sleeve come as one sleeve or a pair?

The K2 Black Cat is sold as a single sleeve or as a pair. One sleeve covers one knee, so choose the pair if you want to wear them on both knees. There is no left or right side, so either sleeve fits either knee.

Can I wear the K2 Black Cat for basketball or soccer?

Yes, you can wear the K2 Black Cat for ball sports with lots of quick turns and jumps, such as basketball and soccer. The built-in kinesiology lines help support your knee, so it may feel steadier as you play. The snug compression and close fit help keep the sleeve from slipping down or rolling up when you run, and the dual non-slip bands help it stay put during hard movements.

My knee feels wobbly and my kneecap feels strained. Will the K2 Black Cat help?

The K2 Black Cat may help your knee feel more stable while you move. The built-in kinesiology lines at the front of the knee help support the area around your kneecap, which may help reduce that wobbly feeling. The snug compression wraps your knee, and the dual non-slip bands help the sleeve stay in place while you exercise.

WaveWear is sportswear, not a medical device. If pain continues, please see a doctor.

Is the K2 Black Cat visible during night runs?

Yes, the K2 Black Cat has reflective material on the WAVE logo and the back line. In the dark, it reflects light from car headlights and street lamps, which makes you easier to spot. That is handy when you run early in the morning or at night.

Is the K2 Black Cat thin?

Yes, the K2 Black Cat is a thin, close-fitting sleeve. It does not feel bulky, even under pants, so it is comfortable for running and many other activities.

Will the K2 Black Cat slip down or roll up when I run?

The K2 Black Cat is designed not to slip down or roll up when you run. The silicone on the inside grips your skin to hold the sleeve in place, and the dual non-slip bands add extra hold, so it stays put through repeated movements.

Does the K2 Black Cat help my knees on downhill hikes?

The K2 Black Cat is made to support your knee through the repeated load of downhill steps. The compression and the built-in kinesiology lines work together to help support the knee. Some customers have told us their knees felt more comfortable after downhill hikes.

Results vary from person to person. WaveWear is sportswear, not a medical device.

Which elbow sleeve is best for bench press, pull-ups, and curls?

Choose an elbow-focused sleeve for support around the joint, or a longer forearm sleeve when you want coverage extending from the elbow toward the wrist.

Elbow-joint coverage: The WaveWear E2 Elbow Sleeve wraps directly around the elbow and is suited to lifters who want lightweight joint-focused compression.

Forearm and elbow coverage: The WaveWear F1 Forearm Sleeve extends farther down the arm and combines forearm compression with taping around the elbow area.

Exercise selection: E2 is the more direct choice for presses and general elbow support. F1 may be more suitable when curls, pull-ups, rows, or grip-heavy exercises also leave the forearm feeling fatigued. WaveWear products are sportswear, not medical devices. Persistent or sharp elbow pain should be assessed by a qualified healthcare professional.

Shop WaveWear E2 Elbow Compression Sleeve

Is the F1 forearm sleeve sold as one or as a pair?

The F1 forearm sleeve is sold as a single sleeve or as a pair. One sleeve fits one arm, so choose the pair if you want to wear them on both arms. There is no left or right side, so either sleeve fits either arm.

What is the difference between the F1 forearm sleeve and the E2 elbow sleeve?

The difference is where the silicone kinesiology lines are placed. The E2 elbow sleeve has the silicone concentrated around the elbow, so it gives focused support to the elbow joint. The F1 forearm sleeve has silicone on the forearm between the elbow and wrist, so it supports the muscles along the whole forearm evenly. Choose the E2 if you want to support your elbow, and the F1 if you want forearm and arm support.

Which part of the arm does the F1 forearm sleeve support?

The F1 supports your forearm, the area between your elbow and wrist. Silicone kinesiology lines in this section compress the forearm muscles evenly. It suits swing sports like golf and tennis, and activities that use your arms a lot, such as climbing and weight training.

Can I wear the F1 forearm sleeve and the E2 elbow sleeve together?

Yes, you can wear them together, but we do not recommend wearing both for long periods. Both the F1 forearm sleeve and the E2 elbow sleeve compress, so wearing them together makes the compression stronger and can put extra strain on your arm. The silicone may also overlap in some areas.

How thin is the H1 wrist wrap?

Does the H1 wrist wrap support my wrist at the gym or when playing golf?

Yes, you can feel the support when your wrist bends back. The H1 fastens the wrist snugly from both the outside and the inside, so it holds firmly for such a thin wrap. Some customers have told us their wrists felt less strained during movements that bend the wrist.

Can I adjust how tight the H1 wrist wrap is?

Yes, you can adjust the tightness by how firmly you wrap it. The fabric is stretchy, so you can wrap it as snug as you like and fasten it with the Velcro strap. Please do not wrap it so tightly that it affects your circulation.

My wrist hurts. Is it okay to wear the H1 wrist wrap?

Yes, you can wear the H1 wrist wrap as light support when your wrist feels tired or strained from repeated use. The thin, flexible fabric wraps the whole wrist evenly, so pressure does not build up in one spot. That may help your wrist feel less strained when you need to keep using it.

My ankle rolls easily. Will the A1 ankle strap help?

The A1 can help your ankle feel more stable in daily life and light exercise. It wraps around the ankle to support it.

WaveWear is sportswear, not a medical device, so it is not meant for ligament injuries or rehab. If your ankle keeps rolling, please see a doctor.

Can I wear the A1 ankle strap inside my shoes?

Yes, you can wear the A1 inside your shoes if they have some room. It wraps on thin, but depending on how thickly you wrap it, your shoes can feel tight. We suggest shoes that are slightly roomier than usual.

Can I use the A1 ankle strap in water?

Choose the E2 if you want to support your elbow, and the F1 if you want forearm and arm support.

Can I use the E2 elbow sleeve for golfer's elbow?

Yes, you can wear the E2 sleeve for movements that put repeated load on the elbow, such as a golf swing. It was designed with golf and tennis players in mind.

WaveWear is sportswear, not a medical device. If pain continues, please see a doctor.

I have tennis elbow pain. Will the E2 sleeve help?

The E2 sleeve is made to give focused support around the elbow while you exercise. Gripping silicone is concentrated on the elbow area, so the sleeve wraps the elbow with focused compression. The silicone grips your skin to give a supportive feel similar to stick-on kinesiology tape.

The E2 sleeve is meant to be worn during exercise. WaveWear is sportswear, not a medical device. If pain continues, please see a doctor.

Can I wear the E2 elbow sleeve for weight training?

Yes, you can wear the E2 sleeve for weight exercises that load the elbow. The focused compression helps support the joint. Please note it is a different kind of product from a heavy-lifting joint brace.

Can I wear the E2 elbow sleeve and the F1 forearm sleeve together?

Yes, you can wear them together, but we do not recommend wearing both for long periods. Both the E2 elbow sleeve and the F1 forearm sleeve compress, so wearing them together makes the compression stronger and can put extra strain on your arm. The silicone may also overlap in some areas.

Top de compresión con kinesiología para espalda y hombros T20 - HombreBack & Shoulder Top T2010
$89.90View product
Can a shoulder compression shirt be worn for overhead lifting?

Yes — a flexible shoulder compression shirt can be worn during overhead presses, push presses, jerks, and other upper-body lifts.

Shoulder coverage: The WaveWear T20 Compression Top places compression and AlignX™ taping across the shoulders and upper back.

Full-workout wear: Its flexible construction allows it to stay on as you move between presses, rows, squats, and accessory exercises.

Under-garment option: The low-profile fit can be worn by itself or under a regular training shirt without adding a separate shoulder strap or brace. WaveWear is sportswear, not a medical device. Stop the exercise and seek professional advice if overhead lifting causes sharp pain, weakness, or a sudden loss of movement.

How do the taping lines on the T20 work around the shoulder and back?

The T20 places AlignX™ silicone taping lines across the shoulders and back, positioned to support posture and alignment while the compression fabric holds them against the skin. A non-slip band inside the waist hem keeps the top from riding up when you bend, lift or reach overhead, so the taping stays in place through the movement.

How should the T20 fit?

The T20 is designed to fit snugly against the skin — a size that's too loose lets the silicone lift away from the body, leaving ordinary compression without the taping effect. Check the size chart against your own measurements and choose the size that sits close rather than sizing up for comfort.

When should I wear the T20?

The T20 is designed for weight training, gym sessions, running and CrossFit-style workouts. As with other WaveWear pieces, start with a shorter first wear — around an hour or less — and extend gradually as your skin adjusts, since the silicone is designed to grip the skin securely.

How do I wash and care for the T20?

Hand-wash in cold water with a neutral detergent, gently rubbing the silicone to clear dust, and keep the silicone side facing in. The T20 can also be machine washed on a gentle cycle if the silicone is turned to the inside first. Avoid bleach, ironing and machine drying — air-dry it in the shade.

Does the T20 roll up during workouts?

It's not likely to roll up. The grippy silicone on the inside holds onto your back, and the grip holds up well as you sweat, so it stays put through long workouts.

Should I buy the T20 or the R10?

They differ in where the kinesiology lines sit and whether there are sleeves. The T20 is a short-sleeve shirt that supports your shoulders and back together, while the R10 is a sleeveless top focused on the lower back. Choose the T20 if you want shoulder support too, or the R10 if you want free arms and a lighter feel.

My shoulders keep rolling forward. Can the T20 help?

It can help you stay aware of your upper-body posture. The T20 has grippy silicone kinesiology lines at the shoulders and back that sit against your skin and support your back.

WaveWear is sportswear, not a medical device. If pain continues, please see a doctor.

Does the T20 help with bench press or deadlifts?

Some customers have told us they feel more stable through the lower back during heavy lifts like these. The back kinesiology lines help support you and help you stay aware of your form. The T20 is not a replacement for a lifting belt.

Top de compresión sin mangas con taping de refuerzo en espalda R10 - HombreSleeveless Top R107
$75.90View product
Can a compression top support the lower back during deadlifts?

A compression top can provide close-fitting support and a taping-like sensation around the lower back and core during deadlifts.

Lower-back coverage: Compression fabric keeps consistent contact around the torso while the body moves through deadlifts, rows, carries, and other loaded exercises.

Taping placement: The WaveWear R10 Compression Top places AlignX™ taping along the lower-back area instead of requiring separate tape before every workout.

Flexible movement: Unlike a rigid lifting belt, a compression top is designed to stay on during a complete workout and move with the torso between different exercises. A compression top and a lifting belt serve different purposes. The R10 provides flexible compression and built-in taping coverage; it does not provide the rigid abdominal pressure of a lifting belt.

Shop WaveWear R10 Back Power Tape Compression Top

What workouts is the R10 sleeveless compression top good for?

The R10 is a good fit for workouts that put a load on your lower back. It has grippy silicone kinesiology lines (AlignX™ technology) on the inside, along your lower back, that help you feel more stable through your torso. It's especially useful for weight training and indoor soccer, where your upper body has to stay steady.

Does the R10 roll up during workouts?

It's not likely to roll up. The grippy silicone on the inside holds onto your back, so the top stays in place even during big upper-body movements.

What's the difference between the T20 shirt and the R10 sleeveless top?

The kinesiology lines sit in different places, and the R10 has no sleeves. The R10 is a sleeveless top focused on the lower back, while the T20 is a short-sleeve shirt that supports your shoulders and back together. Choose the T20 if you want shoulder support too, or the R10 if you want free arms and a lighter feel.

Can I wear the men's R10 sleeveless top on its own, without a shirt over it?

Yes, you can wear it on its own, but it's a close compression fit that shows your silhouette. If that feels like too much, you can layer a T-shirt over it. Always wear the R10 as your innermost layer, so the kinesiology lines sit against your bare skin and can work as intended.

I find it hard to engage my lower back. Can the R10 help?

It can help you stay aware of your center and feel steadier as you move. The R10 has grippy silicone kinesiology lines running from the inside of the back down to the lower back. It suits weight training and ball sports, where your upper body moves a lot.

WaveWear is sportswear, not a medical device. If pain continues, please see a doctor.

Can I wear just the R10 for summer workouts?

Yes. The sleeveless cut keeps your arms cool, so it works well for indoor summer workouts. With no sleeves in the way, your shoulders and arms can move freely during overhead presses, pull-ups, and other movements where you raise your arms above your head. The breathable mesh helps too.

Top deportivo de manga corta Fresh Performance - HombreFresh Short-Sleeve Top5
$32.00View product
How is the Fresh short-sleeve top different from regular workout shirts?

The Fresh top is built to absorb sweat quickly and dry fast. It doesn't stay wet and cling to you while you move, so it keeps a dry, comfortable feel. It stays comfortable over long wear and is designed for active days.

Does the Fresh short-sleeve top have built-in kinesiology lines?

No, the Fresh top doesn't have built-in kinesiology lines. It focuses on a comfortable, dry feel. If you want kinesiology support, try the T20 or the R10.

What is the Fresh short-sleeve top made of?

It's made of 90% polyester and 10% polyurethane.

Can I wear a jacket or hoodie over the Fresh top?

Yes, you can layer over it. It's thin and doesn't cling, so it works well under a windbreaker or hoodie.

Is the Fresh short-sleeve top good for summer workouts?

Yes. It dries sweat quickly, so it works well for summer runs and indoor workouts. Its light, comfortable feel helps with the annoyance of a wet shirt sticking to you, whether you're lifting weights or doing cardio.

Camiseta Dynamic de corte oversize - HombreOversized Fit T-Shirt6
$32.99View product
How big does the OF1 oversized tee fit?

It runs roomy, just as the name says. The shoulder seams drop and the body is loose, so it doesn't cling. Choose your usual size if you want it to skim over your body, or go up one size for an even looser silhouette.

Does the OF1 stretch out after washing?

It's made to hold its shape through repeated wear and washing. To keep it looking good longer, hand wash it with mild detergent or put it in a laundry bag in the machine.

Can I wear the OF1 for workouts and also out and about?

Yes, both work. The loose fit doesn't hold back your movement, so it's comfortable for the gym or light workouts, and the clean design works as everyday wear too.

I'm self-conscious about my stomach and upper arms. Will the OF1 hide them?

The OF1 doesn't hug your upper body, so it skims over your midsection and arms. The drop-shoulder seams and roomy body and sleeves mean your upper-body outline isn't on show. It's a good pick if close-fitting tops feel like too much.

What should I wear with the OF1 oversized tee?

Pair the OF1 with bottoms that have a clean, tidy fit to balance its roomy shape. The JG1 joggers make an easy workout or athleisure look, and the SP1 split shorts look natural at the gym. The OF1 also works for everyday wear, so it looks casual with denim or jeans too.

Does the OF1 cover my hips?

The OF1 is cut longer than a regular T-shirt, but whether it covers your hips depends on your height and size. Please check the garment measurements in the size guide on the product page.
